One cheese enchilada covered with ranchera sauce and melted cheese. Served with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole.

ENCHILADA VERACRUZ

One chicken enchilada covered with tangy tomatillo sauce and melted jack cheese. Served with rice, beans and sour cream.

CHICKEN OR SHRIMP VILLA

Chicken or shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with jalapenos, green onions, and mushrooms, covered with melted jack cheese. Served with rice, beans and corn or flour tortillas. Additional charge for Shrimp

CARNITAS VERACRUZ

One cheese enchilada covered with ranchera sauce and melted cheese. Served with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole. Served with albondigas soup or a fresh green salad

SEAFOOD ENCHILADA

One seafood enchilada (krab and whitefish, covered with mild verde sauce and melted cheese. Served with rice and sour cream.

CARNE ASADA COMBO

A charbroiled NY steak served with rice, beans and one of the following; enchilada, taco, chile relleno or tamale.
